Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Representative based in Alexandria. The primary responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and presenting tailored solutions to business partners. The representative will also negotiate contracts, meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires proactive client engagement, market research, and the ability to represent POSE CX as a trusted advisor in B2B engagements.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in B2B sales
Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and prospecting
Excellent communication and presentation skills in one-on-one and group settings
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Target-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure
Experience in the customer experience, outsourcing, or related industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
