Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Manager at MetLife Egypt in Cairo with flexibility for some remote work. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with different departments and stakeholders to drive business growth and performance.

Qualifications

Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills

Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management

Knowledge of insurance products and financial services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
