A leading equipment importation, distribution and after sale services company in the field of commercial agencies in Egypt (Part of Orascom Group). is looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. In this critical role, you will oversee the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from understanding business needs to attracting and hiring the best talent for our organization. Your leadership will drive our recruitment strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and align our talent acquisition initiatives with our business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and effective hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and design effective recruitment plans.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
