Full job description

Tagaddod is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide array of tasks to ensure the efficiency of the office and the success of our executives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with high levels of accuracy.
  • Act as the main point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Research and gather information to assist executives in decision-making processes.
  • Oversee the execution of special projects by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Assist in planning company events and meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Support day-to-day administrative functions as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
