Full job description

  • Assist in tracking shipments and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Support inventory management and stock level monitoring.
  • Help coordinate with suppliers, warehouses providers.
  • Prepare and update logistics-related reports and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records in ERP/logistics systems.
  • Support in analyzing logistics performance metrics and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Participate in daily logistics and supply chain team meetings.
  • Perform any additional administrative tasks as required by the department.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
