We're seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our online marketing initiatives. As the driving force behind our digital strategy, you'll create and execute campaigns across various platforms, optimize SEO, manage a team, and analyze data to enhance our brand's digital presence and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, encompassing social media, SEO, PPC, email, and content marketing.
• Lead a team of digital marketers, providing guidance, setting goals, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce captivating content, aligning with brand identity and objectives.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword research, and performance tracking.
• Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings, staying updated with algorithm changes and industry trends.
• Analyze campaign data and KPIs to assess performance, make data-driven decisions, and refine strategies for optimal outcomes.
• Oversee social media management, engagement, and audience growth across multiple platforms.
• Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences and analyzing results for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies, adapting them to enhance our approach.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and external partners to ensure high-quality digital assets and a seamless online user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
• 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a successful track record of strategy development and team leadership.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, PPC strategies, and social media management.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting data to drive informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content.
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
