• Main Scope Of Responsibilities:

Act as an integral member of the development and execution of marketing / advertising & promotional plans, especially throughout the campaign & projects of “CBA-Business Management Solutions' ‘via achieving superior social engagement, intimacy & website optimization.
Attract and interact with targeted virtual online communities & networks users while setting up, developing and optimizing company pages / groups, website content & copywriting, within each social media platform.

• Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor Degree from a reputable university / institute. Preferably Commerce, Business Administration / Marketing. Post Graduate Marketing Diploma is valued as an asset.
(5-8) years of working experience in a similar or related field. Experience in Digital marketing is valued as an asset.
Excellent command of English language is a must.
Technical / IT / Computer Skills:
Very good command of SEO, web administration & graphics design.
Good command of Microsoft Office & Internet.
Knowledge & / or working experience with other Information systems / web based applications are considered as asset.
Personal Profile & Behavioral Approach:
Very good consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
Very well acquainted with online marketing techniques & major marketing channels
Efficient team player with high passion for the field of digital / online marketing.
Basic Leadership Skills (Self-motivated, initiative taker, independent).
Very good communication, presentation & negotiation skills with a friendly customer oriented manner.
Very good organizational, writing & reporting skills.
Good analytical & problem solving skills.
Ability to function efficiently under stress and meet very tight deadlines, while handling multi tasks at a time.

• Working Conditions:

Freelance assignment(s), where exact duration & time schedule is determined with management prior commencement of each individual project, as per business needs.
For "CBA-Business Management Solutions" projects, time lines & schedules shall be amended as per project requirements.
Overall assignment is conducted remotely, however, as per business needs; personal face to face appointments may take place occasionally.
