Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager with strong experience in retail or e-commerce to lead our sales initiatives, manage a growing team, and drive revenue across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients (brands, retailers, manufacturers)
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build a team over time
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Create and execute sales strategies for key markets
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with onboarding, content, and operations teams to ensure client success
- Report on KPIs and sales metrics to leadership
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in retail, e-commerce, or tech
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Team leadership experience is a must
- Familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Namshi) is a plus
- UAE or MENA market experience preferred
