Position: Operations Manager
Location: Sliders Cable Park, El Gouna
Working Hours: Full-time

Job Summary:

Sliders Cable Park in El Gouna is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, capable of managing a dynamic environment to maintain high operational and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:Daily Operations Management:

  • Oversee operations across all departments, including the Cable Park, Aqua Park, Restaurant, Bar, Pool, Retail Shop, and Housekeeping (HK).
  • Ensure seamless coordination between departments to maintain high operational standards.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Monitor internal processes and identify opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff across all operational areas.
  • Organize staff schedules, manage attendance, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and resolving staff issues professionally.

Financial Oversight:

  • Manage daily cash flow, monitor expenses, and support the budgeting process.
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Prepare and present financial and operational reports for senior management.

Customer Relations:

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, managing complaints, and implementing feedback effectively.
  • Ensure all guests enjoy a positive experience across all activities and services.

Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations in all areas, including the Cable Park, Aqua Park, and Pool Area.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and provide staff training to uphold safety standards.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and optimize supply costs.
  • Monitor inventory usage and adjust orders to avoid overstocking or shortages.

Strategic Planning & Vendor Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with business objectives.
