Job Description
  • Develop and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
  • Build custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and HR-specific forms.
  • Develop and maintain Fiori/UI5 apps tailored for HR services.
  • Integrate SAP HR with SuccessFactors and external HR systems.
  • Conduct technical analysis and create technical specifications based on HR requirements.
  • Implement HR mini master, ALE/IDoc integration, and SAP Workflow developments.
  • Ensure all developments comply with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for HR applications.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in SAP HR Development.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA HR.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English.
