ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking driven, high-achieving Sales Closers who excel in fast-moving environments and are motivated by successfully closing deals. In this role, you will engage directly with motivated sellers—homeowners eager to sell quickly—and guide them through the home acquisition process. Utilizing a proven sales script, your responsibility is to establish trust, identify sellers’ motivations, and secure signed contracts.

We provide our Closers with a consistent flow of warm, high-quality inbound PPC leads, so there’s no need for cold calling or prospecting. On average, our Closers close 1 deal for every 15 leads they receive. We pride ourselves on offering the best marketing technology and systems to simplify the closing process. Moreover, we deliver outstanding training, onboarding, and leadership to help our team members succeed in their roles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make inbound and outbound calls to property owners.
- Qualify leads by assessing urgency and motivation.
- Follow a structured sales script while establishing rapport with sellers.
- Negotiate and draft property purchase agreements.
- Consistently respond to all assigned leads and close deals.
- Keep CRM systems updated with precise notes and lead statuses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£55,779.00 - E£56,000.00 per month
