JOB SUMMARY:

Collector I / Closer is our entry level position whose responsibility is to locate the consumer and notify them of the delinquent account. This is the most important role in our company because it requires discipline through a high volume of outbound and inbound calls .

POSITION OBJECTIVES:

• High call volume - outbound and inbound
• Responsible for collecting individual monthly target
• Use strategy and tactics.
• Multi -tasking between computer screens, web searches, while talking on the phone
• Reading aloud from a script

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Entry Level
• Prior Telemarketing, Sales, or Debt Collection Experience preferred however not necessary

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working
