POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Success Representative at NPG Associates is responsible for driving revenue

by securing a high volume of accounts for our debt collection services, focusing on both

commercial and consumer debt recovery. A successful individual in this role will have a

strong desire to master the sales process and the initial steps of our client journey.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

● Providing an outstanding client engagement experience by quickly

understanding key pain points and delivering solutions that move clients forward

in their journey

● Communicating to clients how partnering with NPG Associates for tailored debt

collection solutions is valuable in providing them the expertise to enhance their

financial operations and improve their business performanc

● Prioritizing clients who can move swiftly through the sales cycle, maximizing

opportunities for revenue growth

OBJECTIVES

● Make 200 outbound calls daily to generate new leads, ensuring 2.5 hours of talk

time per day to maintain high engagement and lead generation volume.

● Engage with clients over the phone, effectively utilizing sales strategies to close

deals.

● Secure collections contracts by presenting tailored debt recovery options to

customers, highlighting the value and benefits of each servic

● Ensure exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients, responding

promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer

satisfaction.

● Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in debt recovery to

effectively promote NPG Associates' services.

● Get familiar with the sales pipeline and continuously refine the process to impro

conversion rates.

● Gather customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.

● Consistently meets or exceeds daily metrics

COMPETENCIES

● Understand client requirements and tailor debt collection solutions accordingly

● Solid communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management,

staff, and/or outside clients

● Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with

consistent follow-ups on unsold opportunities, leading to higher closure rates

● Sense of urgency -able to function in a high-demand and fast-paced environment

● Understand and follow the sales scripts

● Ability to meet or exceed sales quota of 200+ outbound calls/day

● Ability to leverage Go Level Media CRM and be accurate in taking notes on

clients

● Comfortable with consistent follow up and ability to get creative when reaching

out to clients (i.e. video messages, gifts...etc)

● Knowledgeable of the Product and Pricing guide and stay up to date with any

changes to our different product offerings

● Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer’s questions COMPETENCIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

● High school diploma or equivalent preferred

● At least 2 year sales experience and collection knowledge required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

● Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer
