Title: Customer Success Manager/ Brand Success Manager (Marketing)

Location: Fully Remote

Experience: 5 to 7 years.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Brand Success Manager, you will be responsible for the entire post-sale client lifecycle,

ensuring brands effectively utilize our platform to achieve their marketing goals. You will

manage onboarding, act as the primary point of contact for accounts, oversee campaign

execution, and foster strong, long-lasting client relationships. Your goal is to drive client

satisfaction, retention, and platform adoption. The expectation is for this role to be building a

team.


Onboarding

  • Own and manage the entire onboarding process for signed clients, including conducting

initial calls, platform setup, and training.

  • Clearly communicate briefs and set expectations to ensure a smooth start and

successful implementation.

  • Guide new clients to ensure they understand how to use the platform effectively to meet

their objectives.


Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned brands on the Halo platform,

building strong, trusted relationships.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to general client concerns and questions.
  • Ensure customers are leveraging the platform to its full potential and are satisfied with

the results they are achieving.

  • Gather, synthesize, and deliver client feedback to internal product and engineering

teams to inform platform development.


Campaign Management

  • Manage client campaigns end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams and monitoring

progress.

  • Develop presentations to summarize campaign results and next steps for enterprise

customers.

  • Collaborate closely with the creator team to maintain an updated view of campaign

performance.

  • Manage client expectations regarding campaign timelines, execution, and outcomes.
  • Regularly review active campaign performance, identify and flag any issues, and work

towards resolution.

  • Monitor the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) dashboard and proactively address any

discrepancies or issues.
