الهدف من الوظيفة:

العمل على جذب العملاء الجدد والمحافظة على العملاء الحاليين، والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات من خلال تقديم المنتجات أو الخدمات بطريقة احترافية تلبي احتياجات العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • التعرف على منتجات وخدمات الشركة وتقديمها للعملاء بطريقة واضحة ومقنعة.
  • استقبال العملاء والرد على استفساراتهم سواء حضورياً أو عبر الهاتف أو الوسائل الإلكترونية.
  • تنفيذ عمليات البيع ومتابعة الطلبات حتى التسليم.
  • تحقيق الأهداف الشهرية والربع سنوية الموضوعة من قبل الإدارة.
  • تحديث قاعدة بيانات العملاء بشكل مستمر.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية عن الأداء والمبيعات ورفعها للمشرف المباشر.
  • التعاون مع فريق العمل لضمان رضا العملاء وجودة الخدمة.
  • حضور الاجتماعات والدورات التدريبية الخاصة بالمبيعات والتطوير المهني.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • مؤهل تعليمي مناسب (مؤهل عالي يُفضل في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال).
  • يُقبل خبرة من 6 شهور وحتى سنتين.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة شفهياً وكتابياً.
  • مهارات في الإقناع والتعامل مع العملاء.
  • قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف.
  • إلمام جيد باستخدام الحاسوب وبرامج Microsoft Office.
