Job Description

Responsible for monitoring and controlling projects and generating reports that supports the country’s operations and related decisions.

  • Responsible for the company monthly statistics & translation.
  • Key KPIs include:
  • Project monthly on-track progress
  • Project delivery quality
  • Project risk status
  • Project resources availability
  • Tracking and reporting on progress against project plans
  • Track project issues and drive issue resolution and support in elimination of project challenges on both internal and external domains.
  • Monitoring project internal and external dependencies
  • Work with Regional Operations Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on defined resolution action plans.
  • Discuss project progress with PMs to ensure projects being on-track and having regular visibility on project status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics)
  • Involve the preparation of project status presentations, charts and detailed statistics.
  • Arrange for a kick-off meeting for complex/high value/strategic customer projects to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Developing reports on the progress of the projects plans, risks, as well as the financial conditions
  • Confirms Project data consistency
  • Liaises between different stakeholders to ensure proper handling and alignment to any project issues
  • Carryout constant evaluation and adjustment project related frameworks and processes to eliminate any pain areas.
  • Ensure project execution adherence to define frameworks
  • Shares knowledge from lessons learnt with other team members a coordinate with COM to upload on KM
  • Raises appropriate flags to the related stakeholders for any operation issues that may affect project execution or achieving monthly targets
