The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Head of Finance to take full ownership of our financial operations. You’ll be responsible for building real-time financial visibility, ensuring clean reporting, managing cashflow, optimizing product profitability, and supporting smart decision-making across the company.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain accurate real-time cashflow forecasts, reviewed weekly with the CEO to drive confident capital allocation.
- Produce clear, founder-ready monthly financial reporting packs (P&L, cash position, contribution margin, inventory metrics).
- Maintain clean, timely books by ensuring accurate sync across QuickBooks Online, A2X, Airtable, and other internal systems.
- Lead the budgeting process for major projects - setting, tracking, and flagging deviations early in collaboration with project leads.
- Conduct regular profitability analysis at SKU and brand level, identifying weak spots and recommending actions to improve ROI.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial systems - identifying opportunities for automation, reporting simplification, and improved visibility.
- Ensure inventory, margin, and working capital performance are integrated into business planning conversations.
- Prepare scenario models and financial forecasts to support growth initiatives and key decision-making.
- Lay the groundwork for a future scalable finance function - building the systems and processes that will support team expansion.
- Support the Founder with occasional personal financial tracking and reporting tied to business ownership structures.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years experience in senior finance roles (e.g., Financial Controller, FP&A Manager, Head of Finance).
- Proven ability to manage and optimize full financial operations, including reporting, cashflow, and forecasting.
- Confidence with financial tools like QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets/Excel, and ideally Airtable.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset—you don’t wait to be told what needs fixing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for efficiency.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- CPA, CA, or CFA qualification is a strong plus, but not required.
