Position: Sales Director – Commercial Vehicles & Heavy Equipment – Location: Benghazi, Libya

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Director – Commercial Vehicles & Heavy Equipment to join our team for projects in Benghazi, Libya. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Trucks, Machinarys, Heavy equipments and spare parts, solid technical understanding, and a willingness to learn and grow in an international working environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage and expand the network of trade representatives and dealerships across Libya
  • Lead the sales team to drive revenue in commercial vehicles, truck body solutions, pilot vehicles, buses, and heavy machinery
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies
  • Oversee tender participation, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Report directly to company management with regular performance updates
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, commercial policies, and legal requirements

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior sales leadership role in the automotive, heavy equipment, or construction sectors
  • Strong network within the Libyan market and public/private sector customers
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
  • Willingness to travel within Libya as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • High level of responsibility and teamwork
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written)

Location:
The position is based in Libya. Applicants must be willing and able to work in Libya.
