About the Role

We are seeking a technically skilled and implementation-focused Ironclad Administrator to support our client, Population Health Partners, in deploying and maintaining the Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform across multiple operating companies (OpCos). This role is ideal for a candidate who has completed Ironclad Administrator training and has successfully supported at least one full platform implementation.

The administrator will lead workflow design, configuration, testing, and user training while serving as the ongoing support resource post-go-live. This is a part-time, hourly role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance and client needs. Offshore working hours are welcome.

Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end implementation of Ironclad for Population Health Partners OpCos—from initial design through go-live

· Design and configure workflows in Ironclad to support legal and operational processes

· Execute and document testing to validate workflows and automation

· Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot configuration issues

· Customize and deliver onboarding and training using existing or recycled materials

· Serve as the primary support contact for Ironclad post-launch

· Coordinate legacy contract uploads in collaboration with internal teams or third-party vendors

· Maintain detailed documentation on workflow configurations, training materials, and change history

· Provide light project coordination and regular status updates to client stakeholders

Qualifications

· Ironclad Admin training completed and at least one full Ironclad implementation experience

· Experience in legal operations, contract management, or business process automation

· Proficient in configuring SaaS platforms and understanding workflow logic

· Strong project coordination and communication skills

· Able to work independently and proactively troubleshoot issues

· Comfortable working across global time zones and remote teams

· Excellent documentation and training delivery skills
