We are looking for a person to help our platforms grow in the Middle East region. No prior tech or business development experience is required, we can teach you everything you need for this job and develop professional skills that you will use throughout your career no matter what you do. But the job is demanding and versatile, you have to be adaptable and quick on your feet. Let us know if you are up for it!


Our needs:

  • Assist the Business Development Director (BDD) manage and develop the client base
  • Systematization of the client database in client management software (CRM - Bitrix24, Hubspot...), launching outreach campaigns, updating the database so that the data is up to date
  • Conducting the basic correspondence with potential clients on behalf of BDD - reminders about our current and new products, coordinating meetings
  • Assist in updating and creating commercial material - letter templates, presentations, commercial proposals
  • Help BDD in searching for new sales channels
  • Analysis and study of customer needs in order to develop new contacts, identify new needs among existing customers, achieve customer loyalty
  • Assist the BDD in preparing for participation in exhibitions, conferences and specialized events in order to find new contacts and clients


What we expect from you:

  • Significant accomplishment in any area that you can share (education, business, sports, arts, private...)
  • You are communicative, resourceful, analytical, organized, flexible and entrepreneurial
  • Intermediate English and Arabic in correspondence
  • No prior work experience is needed – as long as you are ambitious, flexible and openminded we can teach you and help you develop needed skills
  • Experience in sales, customer support or business development roles in B2B companies is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Software we are using: MS Office, cloud CRM, communication tools (email, messengers, conference call apps)
