Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct quality calls with sellers and homeowners daily.
* Organize and manage leads, maintaining the CRM and KPI dashboard.
* Perform timely follow-ups and nurture relationships with sellers.
* Assist in real estate sales operations, including appointment scheduling.
* Respond to all leads from the CRM.
* Analyze and negotiate deals to secure purchase agreements.
* Coordinate with the acquisitions team.
* Use tech tools such as Excel, ReSimpli (CRM), Propstream, and Zillow effectively.
Qualifications:
* Knowledge of the real estate industry.
* Excellent English and strong sales skills. (must)
* Proven communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Efficient lead management and follow-up skills.
* Construction knowledge is a plus.
* Experience with lead management systems and CRM software.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
