Job Summary:
Mega2M, a subsidiary of 2M Plast Group, is hiring a Factory Manager to lead operations in its specialized PVC manufacturing facility focused on shower hoses. The role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in production, maintenance, and team management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in PVC or plastic manufacturing
  • Proven background in plant operations, production planning, and preventive maintenance
  • Strong leadership experience managing shop floor teams and technical staff
  • Familiarity with sanitary ware products, especially shower hoses, is a strong advantage
