Company: MCV INDUSTRY ( egypt)-

Job Purpose:

Responsible for supervising and managing the following tasks: courier, call center, customer service, SAP records controlling, agriculture, organizing the company events, company communication services and administration purchases

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and approve the mobile phone companies’ monthly invoices
  • Review and approve the local and international lines’ monthly invoices
  • Review the monthly reports for the company communication services
  • Applying the mobile phone allowance according to the company policy
  • Receive and evaluate the courier companies’ offers and compare the prices and services
  • Review and approve the monthly invoices of the courier companiesReview courier monthly reports and report any deviations
  • Review the call center reports and send the necessary correspondences to the responsible departments
  • Follow up on any unexpected case and take the necessary corrective actionsFollow up on the messengers & call center agents’ daily performancePrepare the company agriculture plans and review the daily progression
  • Manage all the company’s lands (storage requests approval, store plans, violations report)
  • Organize and follow up on the company’s summer activities
  • Analyze the SAP records for all department cost centers and report the differences and the variances

Job Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge:

  • A strong understanding of administrative functions such as scheduling, office management, document handling, and data entry
  • Knowledge of customer relations and maintaining a positive office environment, particularly in dealing with internal and external customers or visitorsUnderstanding how to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, both personally and for the team
  • Knowledge of financial processes and managing office resources effectively within a budget
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Skills:

  • Ability to motivate, direct, and guide the team towards achieving goals while managing individual performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with the team, upper management, customers, and other departments
  • Ability to analyze situations, identify issues, and find efficient and effective solutions
  • Managing multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Ability to handle disputes or misunderstandings within the team, resolving issues professionally

Abilities:

Ability to define clear, actionable goals for the administrative team that directly contribute to the organization's long-term objectives
  • Ability to look ahead and foresee potential changes or challenges in the organization and industry
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities, workloads, and office dynamics

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
    10-15 years of experience in Administration
  • Good command of the English language
  • Experience using ERP systems is preferred
