Regional Business Development Manager

The candidate must have:

· Previous experience within the Centrifigual Pump or relevant Mechanical Industry

· Established contacts with Pump Sales Distributors, Contractors, and End Users.

· Commercial, with strong communication skills

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in centrifiual pump sector.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in locak sales envoirmentals
  • Advanced knowledge of English; additional local languages are preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point and Salesforce CRM.
  • Suitable for intensive local / international travelling

Market and Channel Analysis:

  • Analyse market dynamics and channels in the pump sector in Egypt.
  • Conduct detailed competitor analysis for each country and region and evaluate metrics such as market share and sales volume.

· Manage existing, and develop new business lines in in the area of responsibility

· Sales analysis and identify opportunites for new business

Establish Distribution Model for Locals;

  • Establishing an effective route to market model
  • To establish distributor channel for Bintech Activity
  • To conduct projecs sales with distributors aline with sales targets.
  • Creating business development strategies to ensure fast and efficient operations.

Business Development and Project Sales Management:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region of responsibility for Infra & Industry Activity
  • Planning, executing and finalising Project Pipeline aline with sales targets.
  • Implement growth strategies by working with cross-functional teams.

Reporting and Performance Tracking:

  • Provide regular reports to senior management on market research, sales performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
