Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Overview:

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistants to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. Reporting to the Lead Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office by handling a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist executives with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.

Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and ensuring clear communication.

Document Management: Prepare, edit, and manage documents, reports, and presentations.

Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and manage related expense reports.

Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up tasks for meetings.

Task Management: Track and manage tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.

Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Executive Assistant and other team members to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive support or administrative role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
