Full job description

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and support staff.
  • Review and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Address and resolve complex logistical issues and challenges that may arise.
  • Ensure all logistics operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including insurance, safety and environmental standards.
  • Address and resolve any logistical issues that arise during the transportation of goods.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the logistics budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
