Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 3–4 years of progressive HR experience. The ideal candidate will support business leaders and employees across key functions, providing strategic and operational HR guidance. You will play a pivotal role in shaping culture, improving organizational effectiveness, and driving talent initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business units, understanding their goals and providing proactive HR support.
  • Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Implement and manage HR programs including talent development, engagement, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and onboarding strategies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated, understood, and consistently applied.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the business units.
  • Facilitate change management and organizational design projects as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.

Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
