Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, with over 10 years of experience in the field, including significant experience in team management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can drive IT initiatives and ensure the effective operation of our technology systems.

Role Objectives

  • Manage the IT department to ensure efficient operation of systems, networks, and services.
  • Create and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Mentor and manage IT staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure the security of IT infrastructure and data through best practices.
  • Work with other departments to identify technology needs.
  • Oversee IT budgets and ensure cost-effective resource use.
  • Manage all licenses and tools, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Manage procurement for IT equipment, acquire new vendors, and compare prices to secure the best deals.
  • Oversee and manage the administration of networks to ensure reliable operations.
  • Stay updated on trends and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate is someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
