About the Job

We are seeking professionals who can implement best practices for transport operations in line with industry norms. The role involves maintaining IntouchCX safety standards and ensuring employees commute safely to and from the office. Additionally, the role requires providing exceptional service to clients by addressing staff requests, fostering positive vendor relationships, and ensuring that our offices are consistently well-presented.

As Transport Executive, You Will…

• Organize and manage transport services, monitor activity cycles, and work towards continuous service improvement.
• Optimize routing to ensure efficiency and meet OTA & OTD targets set by the business.
• Ensure that systems, procedures, and policies are in place and followed.
• Oversee the Transport function, ensuring operations run efficiently.
• Manage billing, audits, and compliance related to transport services.
• Maximize cab utilization through optimized routing strategies.
• Monitor data entry activities to ensure accurate trip capture for billing purposes.
• Drive operational efficiency and maintain consistency across transport services.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively to the team and monitor progress.
• Communicate with staff at all levels to gather feedback or address concerns related to transport services.
• Oversee the transport security team, ensuring compliance with audit standards and security measures.
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all transport-related activities.
• Manage security guard ramp-ups to ensure continuous coverage during non-peak hours.
• Focus on cost reduction, timely arrivals, and departures to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure efficiency and accountability.
• Provide recommendations to improve transport operations across various functions and departments.
• Maintain discipline among drivers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure safety compliance for all employees utilizing transport services.
• Ensure routing is completed within the designated time.
• Handle and accommodate adhoc/unregistered transport requests.

As Transport Executive, You Need

• Post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Fleet Services & Management/BPO Industry.
• Ability to work from any of the sites in Cairo (Full-Time).
• Flexible schedule - Majorly night shift and may change depending on business requirements.
• Deep understanding of transport operations, including routing optimization, billing, compliance, and vendor management.
• Ability to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and drive cost reductions while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement solutions to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Strong ability to build and manage relationships with vendors to ensure service quality, accountability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff at all levels, addressing concerns and gathering feedback to improve services.
• High attention to detail for accurate data entry, billing audits, and compliance tracking.
• Focused on providing quality service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience with transport operations.
