The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing top talent. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR software tools to track candidate progress, manage job postings, and generate recruitment reports.
  • Develop and implement creative and effective recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruiting initiatives to promote the company brand and attract top talent.
  • Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or HR roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other HR software tools.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Compensation & Work Environment:

  • Location: Egypt
  • Budget: $300 per month.
  • Work Schedule: 8 hr/day Monday to Friday (11 PM - 7 PM Türkiye Time) - 4 hrs/day on Saturday.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: E£15,000.00 per month
