Job Summary:

As an ERP Consultant at Hadaf Solutions in Cairo, Egypt, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong customer relations, providing support, and advising clients on technology upgrades related to ERP systems. Your role involves regular interaction with clients, conducting on-site visits, delivering product training, and ensuring the smooth implementation of ERP solutions. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, previous experience in ERP customer support or training, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain regular contact with existing customers.

- Travel to customer locations to support our product range.

- Advise customers on technology upgrades and related ERP Systems.

- Maintain strong customer relations.

- Attend product training courses and seminars.

- Train customers on the system and supervise the practical implementation cycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

- Previous experience as an ERP Customer Support or Trainer.

- Strong knowledge of scientific and technical products.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software.

- Basic knowledge of databases.

- Ability to work in our branches in Egypt, KSA, or UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£1.00 - E£2.00 per month
