Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Account Manager specializing in Modern Trade to oversee our sales operations within a designated geographic area. This role is critical to driving growth, increasing market share, and leading a high-performing sales team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand the market.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to drive outstanding performance.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the Modern Market segment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and sales campaigns.
• Analyze sales reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize sales operations and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated track record in the FMCG industry with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Deep understanding of the local market, distribution channels, and customer behavior.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong skills Power point & office backstage.
