We are seeking an experienced and proactive (Remote) Human Resources Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
• Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Coordinate and enhance the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee benefits and assist with benefits enrollment and changes.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and development plans.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters, escalating issues as needed.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
