a leading equipment importation, distribution and after sale services company in the field of commercial agencies in Egypt. is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR department and contribute to our mission of fostering a positive and productive workplace. In this role, you will lead all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote organizational culture.
  • Manage the recruitment process by identifying staff requirements, and collaborating with managers to attract, interview, and hire top talent.
  • Support managers in performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and development programs.
  • Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and practices while promoting a positive workplace environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and industry best practices, maintaining an updated knowledge of relevant laws.
  • Oversee benefits administration and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and increase job satisfaction.
  • Utilize HR metrics and reporting to evaluate HR initiatives and improve processes.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion programs to foster a respectful and inclusive workplace.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a human resources role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor law, and employee relations.
  • Effective leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • HR certification (SHRM, PHR, etc.) is highly desirable.
