Key Responsibilities
- People and Culture Development
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
- Implement initiatives that boost employee engagement and well-being.
- Promote company values and ensure a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Organize programs to celebrate employee milestones and recognize achievements.
- Talent Acquisition and Management
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Plan workforce needs to align with business objectives.
- Develop succession plans and career paths for employees.
- Performance and Development
- Implement systems to track and enhance performance at individual and team levels.
- Identify training needs and organize development programs.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee development and conflict resolution.
- HR Operations and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local laws in all HR policies and processes.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving grievances and conducting investigations.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation strategies to stay competitive.
- Employee Engagement and Retention
- Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and diversity initiatives.
- Gather and act on employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to enhance retention and reduce turnover.
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Work with senior leadership to align HR strategies with company goals.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Advise leadership on organizational design and change management.
Requirements
- Education: relevant Bachelor’s degree and related (HR Diploma is a MUST).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR management.
- MBA / HR FOCUS is a PLUS
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Analytical with a strong attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
