Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Heliopolis. The Human Resources Specialist will handle HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The Human Resources Specialist will also manage employee relations, provide guidance and support to employees, and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
• Responsible for recruitment requests.
• Responsible for employee relations tasks.
• Assist in organizational development tasks.
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
• Perform orientations and update the records of new staff.
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the human resources field

• Marketing Agency or start-up background is a MUST
