iSchool, a leader in EdTech dedicated to advancing education for students aged 6 to 18 through coding and AI lessons, is looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's operations and initiatives, ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing excellent support to employees.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and coordinating training sessions. You will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and help foster a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support the logistics of training programs and employee development initiatives
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
