Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, while ensuring alignment with local labor laws and cultural nuances

• Monitor & implement the processes of time attendance for all Employees by reviewing attendance system reports, to ensure accurate timekeeping.
• Completing the payroll cycle
• Monitoring, maintaining, preparing, updating, and processing a variety of forms, and reports and submitting them to the Management
• Implementing company policies
• Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Manage the performance management process
• Receiving hiring requests and finalizing the whole recruitment process
• Ensure all the processes are compliant with Egyptian labour law
• Oversee day to day HR operations
• Overseeing Recruitment Process
• Responsible for the on-boarding of new employees

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Smart Village: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
