Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Hybrid
Working Hours: U.S. Time Zone
Reporting to: Solid to SBU CEO, Dotted to Group HR Director
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Manager to lead key functions of the Human Resources department including Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Performance Management, Manpower Planning, and Employer Branding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Compensation & Benefits, excellent English proficiency, and a flexible, hands-on approach to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with AI in HR processes is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition

Develop and oversee strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with business units to forecast hiring needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Lead workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with department heads.

Develop and implement policies that support career pathing and internal talent mobility.

Training & Development

Design and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth and organizational capability.

Conduct training needs assessments and measure program effectiveness.

Performance Management

Drive the performance management cycle, including KPIs, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.

Ensure fair and consistent evaluation processes across departments.

Compensation and Benefits

Support the HR Director in structuring competitive compensation packages.

Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.


Matrix Structure Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with different departments in a matrix reporting structure.

Align HR strategies with both local and global leadership expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience with solid exposure to all core functions.

Strong knowledge in Strategic Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Training.

Experience in Compensation & Benefits is a Plus.

Previous experience in a matrix organization and reporting to senior leadership.

Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.

High adaptability and flexibility to work across time zones.

Familiarity with AI applications in HR is a plus
