Work Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Cairo Time (8 working hours + 1 hour break)
Work Days: Monday to Friday

✅ What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates
• Coordinate with U.S.-based teams for onboarding and scheduling
• Maintain candidate tracking and applicant data
• Assist in recruitment campaigns and other HR projects

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment (this is a must)
• Fluent English – both spoken and written (this is a must)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working night shifts remotely and independently
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
