What we are looking for

  • Experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation.
  • Experience of planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Experience of partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage numerous projects with competing priorities.
  • High energy, sense of optimism, curiosity, urgency and responsiveness.
  • Ability to create executive summaries, reports, process guidelines, documents/proposals etc.
  • Good Presentation skills (Fluent English essential, additional language(s) a plus).
  • Strong Team player – able to contribute through collaboration and create most effective solutions for business needs.
  • Experience operating in an international environment.
  • Results driven with a strong ‘can do’ attitude.

What you will do

  • This person will be responsible for creating, managing and executing various projects to standardise and strengthen HR practice across the organisation.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute projects including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Establish consistency in HR practices across all lines of business in areas such as
    • Organisational restructure & change programmes.
    • Retention & Development activities.
    • Compensation planning activities (stock, bonus, salary budgets).
    • Reduction in Force management.
    • Integration of acquired companies/employees.
  • Develop and support the regional HR team.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting - where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with HR Leadership.
  • Report on project progress and status.
  • Collaborate with EMEA HR, Local Country HR, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Finance and Business Operations teams.
