Job Summary: Collector I (Entry-Level)
Collector I is the foundation of our team – driving success through proactive outreach to customers regarding past-due accounts. This role requires resilience, discipline, and a results-driven mindset to engage customers and contribute to stabilizing our clients’ finances.
We offer seamless onboarding and training, enabling rapid progression into higher-level negotiation and leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Outbound Calling: Make 400-450 calls daily to reach consumers and discuss outstanding debts (with occasional inbound calls).
- Achieve Collection Targets: Consistently meet individual monthly goals by driving successful payment solutions.
- Effective Communication: Use persuasive communication techniques to guide customers toward financial resolutions, while adapting your approach based on each customer’s situation.
- Multi-Tasking: Navigate multiple screens, conduct web searches, and update account records—all while engaging customers on calls.
- Script & Compliance Adherence: Follow company-provided call scripts to ensure consistency, professionalism, and legal compliance, while adjusting tone and approach to maximize rapport and results.

Position Perks
- Competitive Pay: E£14,400 – E£42,135.74 per month (Base + Performance-Based Bonuses)

Education & Experience
- Entry-Level Friendly: No prior experience is required, but Telemarketing, Sales, or Debt Collection experience is a plus.
