Job Title: Remote Senior Graphics Designer (Full-Time)
Location: Remote (Must be able to work in Dubai Time Zone)

Job Description:
Innovex Agency is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphics Designer to join our team. As a Senior Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process for a wide variety of projects, including branding, marketing materials, social media content, website design, and digital advertising. You will work closely with the Creative Director and other team members to produce high-quality designs that align with client objectives and the agency’s creative vision. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in graphic design, a deep understanding of design principles, and proficiency in industry-standard design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to final delivery for various digital and print projects, including branding, marketing materials, website design, social media graphics, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, account managers, and other team members to develop creative concepts that meet client requirements and objectives.
• Create visually compelling designs that are on-brand, engaging, and communicate the intended message clearly and effectively.
• Ensure all designs meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, offering feedback and guidance to enhance their work.
• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software to continually improve the creative output.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and consistency.
• Prepare and present design concepts and final deliverables to clients, incorporating their feedback and making revisions as necessary.
• Maintain organized project files and design assets for efficient collaboration and easy access.
• Manage and oversee the design production process to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in all materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in branding, marketing materials, digital design, and web design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Proficiency in website design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
• Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing skills is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and clients.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Working Hours & Days:

• Full-time position, with working hours aligned with the Dubai time zone.

Hiring Process:

Round 1: Initial Screening

• Review of portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work, particularly branding, marketing materials, and web design.
• Discussion on design tools, creative processes, and leadership experience.

Round 2: Practical Assignment & Final Evaluation

• Candidates will be given a design task based on a provided brief to demonstrate their skills.
• Presentation and discussion of their work, followed by feedback and refinement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£20,000.00 - E£25,000.00 per month
