About the Job:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be part of the design team envisioning and producing visually captivating designs. Our perfect candidate will boast a robust portfolio highlighting creativity, originality, and an extensive grasp of design principles across diverse mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Spearheaded the conceptualization, development, and execution of design projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Take charge of high-impact design initiatives, providing creative direction and overseeing the end-to-end design process.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Effectively communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationale to creative team members and non-design stakeholders.
• Conduct regular design reviews, offering constructive feedback to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring that visual elements align with established brand guidelines.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the design team.
• Implement new design techniques and tools to enhance design processes' overall quality and efficiency.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless integration of design deliverables into broader project timelines.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy, adherence to specifications, and a high standard of visual excellence.
• Demonstrate adaptability in addressing feedback and adjusting designs based on evolving project requirements.
• Explore and implement creative solutions to overcome design challenges.
• Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement, suggesting and implementing enhancements to elevate the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the design team.

Technical skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Leadership skills with experience guiding a team and fostering a collaborative work environment.
