Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and support in German only.
• Deliver high-quality service with clear communication and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with the internal team to resolve issues efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in German (minimum level B2/C1)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site in 5th Settlement
• Flexibility with shifts and teamwork attitude
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
