Overview of the role:

We are excited to invite dynamic and ambitious students to join our Summer Internship Program at Al-Futtaim Real Estate. This program offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insights across multiple functions.

What you will do:

• Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects.
• Assist in project execution by contributing to tasks as assigned.
• Shadow experienced professionals to learn about day-to-day operations
• Gain hands-on experience through on-site training sessions led by industry professionals.
• Attend meetings and take notes to understand decision-making processes.
• Develop communication skills through written and verbal interactions.
• Enhance analytical abilities by participating in data analysis tasks.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer insights for projects.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to learn about industry trends.
• Build relationships with colleagues and network within the organization.
• Receive feedback on performance and implement suggestions for improvement.
• Gain insights into industry practices and challenges through practical experience.
• Collaborate with fellow interns on a final team project that reflects key learnings from the internship
• ⁠Present your final team project to senior leadership during Project Day, highlighting your learning journey, contributions, and impact.

Required Skills to be successful:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

What equips you for the role:

• 3rd, 4th, or 5th year university student in any academic discipline.
• Past experience through internships or extracurricular activities
