A multinational Travel Agency is looking for fresh graduates in Cairo.

Shortlisted candidates will embark on an enriching journey to become professional travel consultants, excelling in customer-focused roles. Selected candidates shall be provided necessary training.

Requirements to Apply

• Must have excellent customer dealing and good English communication skills.
• Must have excellent typing skills and be able to work on Microsoft Office.
• The candidate must be well organised and possess an excellent work ethic.
• Must know international travel trends and geography.
• Must have the ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members as needed at home or office.
• Age between 20 to 25 (male and female).

Job Description:

• Handling enquiries of customers for different locations around the globe through phone calls, emails and webchat.
• Process all confirmed bookings via the company's internal reservation system.
• Advising clients on suitable options as per their budget and requirements to sell different airline tickets, accommodation and holiday packages.
• Keep in contact with clients before, during, and after the sale to ensure the quality of the services and increase chances for repeat business.
• Follow up with clients for existing bookings for payment.
• 5 days a week Morning and Evening shift with two days off.
