Company: MCV INDUSTRY ( egypt)-

Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the maintenance in the Aftersales workshop, managing technician assignments, and ensuring that all vehicles are diagnosed accurately and repaired to the highest standards The Service Engineer will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering timely and high-quality service

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the maintenance operations within the Aftersales workshop
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to analyze vehicle performance and determine necessary repairs
  • Prepare technical reports documenting vehicle faults, root causes, measures, and diagnosis methods and processes
  • Contact the customer in case of additional information on the malfunction
  • Assign tasks and work schedules to technicians based on the complexity of the job and their expertise
  • Provide guidance and support to technicians in solving complex repair issues
  • Monitor and follow up on the progress of ongoing repairs and ensure efficient workflow within the workshop
  • Escalate complex technical problems to the technical support department for further investigation and resolution
  • Ensure the timely availability of all necessary replacement parts in the inventory

  • Handle the training and development of technicians in the department

  • Coordinate with the warranty department to ensure the prompt completion of warranty and goodwill work
  • Conduct thorough concluding function and quality checks to validate the sustainability of all repairs
  • Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs
