About the Role:
At Elegant Study Abroad, we are passionate about helping students from the MENA region achieve their dreams of studying abroad. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to build and grow our online community, amplify our brand voice, and showcase the success stories of our students across all major social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand and business goals.
• Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Build and manage an active online community
• Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
• Track and analyze performance metrics; create monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Elegant Study Abroad ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 2 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft messages that resonate with different audiences.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Later, or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of paid advertising strategies on social media (Facebook Ads, Instagram Promotions, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English is a strong asset (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£9,000.00 - E£13,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Social media: 2 years (Preferred)
