Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience 1-2 years in similar Job.
MS office - Excel (Advanced Level) Must
Very good English (Speaking & Writing)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Odoo Background is preferable.

Job Description
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Prices & Compare the customer’s PO with system data and apply the required action.
Prepare activation order form and share with sales team.
Follow up on the returns and missed cases cycle.
