• Job Description:

  • Animate and create motion graphics videos, GIFs with strong experience in animation field that will be published in different digital platforms, advertisements, websites, and campaigns

  • Experiencing 3D animation, modeling, material, environment on (Blender).

  • Capable of brainstorming with new Ideas that meet our branding guidelines.

  • Apply the amendments and feedback on the design that received from the stakeholders.

• Video editing:

  • Create and edit the raw material footages with coloring, sounds, transitions, compositing and animation.

• Creativity:

  • Initiate a search for new ideas and be aware of the marketing needs with trendy ideas like ,new techniques in motion graphics / VFX , AI and apply it to our design.

• Collaboration:

  • The ability to work with a team of designers, marketers, PMO, and content creators to create new concepts and apply it in the animation in a professional way.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Eye for detail: discover the mistakes and correct them from a multimedia perspective.

  • Adapt content for different platform channels.

  • Ensure that identity guidelines are correct and meet our requirements.

  • emphasizing adherence to the Guidelines compliance

• Technical Skills:

  • Design and animate the storyboard or the brief content to bring it to life using Multimedia tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Adobe Premier).

  • Has the ability to create motion graphics, 3D ,video editing.

  • knowledge of character animation.

  • Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Develop project timelines and milestones for content development.

• Feedback and Improvement:

  • Focusing on the feedback and listening to the learners comments and enhancing the content.

Education Level:

• Bachelor degree

Professional Experience :

• Experience from 2 to 3 years

Languages :

• Local language, Fluent in English and French language is a plus

Other Specifications:

• Automotive world knowledge

• Training creation knowledge

• E-learning tools as Articulate 360

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, at least Excel, Access highly appreciated.
